Killer Nachos
This is a really fast and easy dish I find myself making when in a hurry or if I have to cook dinner after a church nite.......
1 Lb diced cooked chicken or ground beef
1 can black beans drained
1 jar of salsa
1 can of corn drained
shredded cheese
Nacho chips
salt and pepper to taste
Brown the meat of choice add a little Tony's ( not too much since the salsa is going to add more spice ) if cooking beef I drain the fat from it in a strainer, add the drained beans, corn and salsa let it come to a bubbling boil.......
serve over your chips and add cheese to your taste
I use the chips that have a hint of lime and they are VERY good but my hubby prefers the plain ones
